The said order is perused by me and as delineated in paragraph No.13 of the said Judgment, it is stated that there is settlement Agreement dated 30.07.2024 arrived at between the parties.

Paragraph No.14 records that the Registry of the appropriate Court shall draw a decree of divorce in terms of order and the settlement agreement.

In that view of the matter, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application no long survives and has become infructuous and is disposed.
