In view of the above, the Petitioner be granted leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to assail the said order by taking all legally tenable plea and also making a challenge to all the other orders impugned in the Writ Petition. The prayer is not opposed by the Respondents.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, with liberty as prayed for. Consequently, all the Interim Applications also stand disposed of.
