This First Appeal is already disposed of. This Application is for deleting name of Appellant No.2, as she is no more and her heirs are on record as Appellant Nos.1 and 3 to 6. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 - Insurance Company does not have objection for the prayer of deletion, however, she objects for other prayers in the Application. The Application can be allowed to the extent of deletion of name of Appellant No.2 and for other prayers, the Applicants are at liberty to take appropriate remedies.
