Heard Mr. Inamdar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant. 2.

In this Interim Application, the relief sought is to set aside the order dated 15th June, 2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I), by which conditional order was passed by granting 4 weeks time to remove office objections, failing which registration of the Writ Petition was directed to be refused.

Mr. Inamdar, learned Counsel states that the Writ Petition is at pre-admission stage and no notice has been issued to the Respondents. 4.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), on the condition that Petitioner removes the office objections within a period of 12 weeks from today.
