The present Applicants seek the same relief as was granted by us in paragraphs 20 and 21 of our order dated 08 July 2024 disposing of Interim Application No.9774 of 2024 in Writ Petition No.15853 of 2022 and the Writ Petition itself. 06 August 2024

By the above order, we had granted time to the intervenors (occupants) to vacate their premises by 30 September 2024, subject to their filing undertakings in this Court that they would so vacate the premises and not transfer, alienate or create any third party rights until then.

Learned counsel for the Applicants, on instructions, states that even the present Applicants will file their undertakings on affidavit within a week from today and serve copies of the same on the learned counsel for the original Petitioner and the Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation ("VVMC"). The statements made before us are accepted as undertakings on behalf of the present Applicants.

Based on such undertakings, the VVMC is directed not to execute its demolition orders against the present Applicants until 30 September 2024.

Interim Application No.11339 of 2024 is disposed of in above terms.
7.
There shall be no orders for costs.
8.
All concerned parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
