The Applicant is the original Respondent in the disposed of Writ Petition No.4262 of 2019. This Court has directed the Petitioner to deposit the arrears of maintenance and the Petitioner has deposited Rs.37,000/- in this Court. The Applicant/Respondent has stated that the said petition is dismissed and the order passed by the Family Court is confirmed. As the amount deposited by the Petitioner is pending with this Court, the Applicant prayed to withdraw the amount.

Heard the counsel for the Applicant.

As the amount is deposited by the Petitioner towards the arrears of maintenance and the petition is already dismissed by confirming the order of Family Court, the Applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.37,000/-.
