By this Interim Application, the Applicant has prayed for restoration of the Petition, which came to be dismissed for nonremoval of office objections in pursuance of the order dated 12th July, 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I), which is annexed to the Application.

We have perused the averments as made in the Application as to what prevented the Petitioner from removing the office objections. The Petitioner was at the hands of the Petitioner's Advocate for removing such objections. We do not find any reason to not accept the Application.

Although the Application is vehemently opposed on behalf of the Respondents, in our opinion, it is in the interest of justice that the Application be allowed. The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The time to remove office objections is extended by a period of three weeks from today. 4.

Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
