2) Present Application seeking condonation of 86 days delay in filing the aforesaid Appeal.

3) Mr. Kanojia, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 has no objection to condone the delay.

4) Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 are duly served but none appeared for the said Respondents. The delay is not huge. The Applicant has not taken any advantage on account of the said delay. 5) In view thereof and considering the other reasons stated in the Application, the delay of 86 days in filing the Appeal, is condoned. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stands disposed of. Appeal be registered forthwith.
