This Interim Application has been taken out in Interim Application No.1264 of 2020 seeking permission of this Court to serve Respondent Nos.1 to 29 by substituted service. 2.

The reason given for seeking substituted service is that the address of Defendant Nos.1 to 29 is insufficient. Mohite 1/2

I have perused the Interim Application. In my view, sufficient cause has been made out for permitting the Appellant to serve Respondent Nos.1 to 29 by substituted service.

Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to serve the Respondent Nos. 1 to 29 by publishing a notice/summons in daily "Dainik Prabhat", and "Indian Express" or any other local newspaper in the vicinity of Pune City by way of the substitute service as per Order 5 Rule 20 and other provisions of Civil Procedure Code, 1908."
