By a praecipe bearing today's date, the learned Advocate for the Respondent No.5 in First Appeal No.814 of 2011 and Respondent No.2 in First Appeal No.431 of 2011 has sought for extension of time to file affidavit-in-reply in the Interim Applications taken out in the above First Appeal which was to be filed by 6 March 2026. Further, vakalatnama was also to be filed.

The learned Advocate appearing for these Respondents states that the Pallavi 1/2

In view thereof, time is extended to file affidavit-in-reply to the Interim Application which shall be filed by 17 March 2026. The Vakalatnama has already filed and the same is taken on record. 5.

Praecipe is disposed of.
