Learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently office objections were not removed and the conditional order came to be passed.

For the reasons stated, order dated 3rd April 2024 passed by the Judicial Registrar -1 stands recalled.

Petition is restored to file subject to removal of all office objections within a period of one week from today. Interim Application is allowed.
