1) This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.31574 of 2022, which has been dismissed for non-prosecution inter alia for non-removing of office objections in pursuance of Order dated 21st February 2024, passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). 1.1) There is a delay of 141 days in preferring preferring present Application.
2) Learned Advocate for the Applicants submitted that, for condonation of said delay, the Applicants will pay a cost to Kirtikar Law 1/2
RVC 31 Ia-11479-2024.doc Library, High Court, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of present Order on official website of Bombay High Court. 2.2) The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.
3) Subject to payment of cost within a stipulated period, the delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c).
4) The Applicants are directed to remove office objections, if not removed till today, within a period of four weeks from the date of payment of the said cost as noted above.
