Learned counsel for the applicants in these interim applications submits that on account of subsequent events which have taken place during the pendency of the writ petitions, they have filed the aforesaid interim applications for amendment in the writ petitions.

Taking into account the nature of proposed amendment and for the reasons mentioned in the interim applications, the same are allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners shall incorporate the amendment in terms of the Schedule appended to the interim applications within a period of one week from today and serve amended copies of the writ petitions to the learned counsel for the respondents. Reverification is dispensed with. 4.
The interim applications are disposed of.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 (CIDCO) is granted two weeks' time in order to enable him to file reply affidavit to the amended writ petitions.
