By way of this Application, the Applicant prayed to condone the delay of 174 days in filing the aforesaid Appeal impugning the Judgment and Award dated 27th September, 2023, in MACP No.141 of 2023 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Wai, District- Satara.

2) Despite notice, the Respondent Nos.1 to 7 have not filed their appearance.

3) Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant. Perused the record. 4) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, it took time for the Applicant to seek administrative approval to file the aforesaid 1/2

5) In view thereof, the Application is allowed.

6) The delay of 174 days in filing the aforesaid Appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered.

7) Application is disposed of, accordingly.

FIRST APPEAL (ST) NO.22435 OF 2024 .

Issue notice to the Respondent Nos.1 to 7, returnable on 13th June, 2025.

2) The Appellant to provide copies of the Appeal in the Registry, for service of notice on Respondents.
