Ms. Jain, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 would have a serious objection to withdrawal of the amount by the Applicants. However after her attention is invited to prayer clause (b) where direct transfer is sought in the accounts of 'JS Solomon Account Metalreeds and Millstore Manufactures', she would squarely submit that her clients do not have any objection to grant of prayer clause (b). Even Mr. Sathe, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 does not have objection to direct transfer of the amount in the name of the Administrator. 3.

Interim Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). The Registrar shall take necessary steps for direct transfer of amount of Rs.49,37,177/- alongwith accrued interest to the account indicated in prayer clause (b) of the Interim Application.

4.

With the above directions, the Interim Application is disposed of.
