Premshankerji may be allowed to be served by publishing in local News Papers (i.e. one in an English News Paper and another in a Hindi New Paper Language) i.e. 'DAINIK BHASKAR' in Hindi Language and 'Hindustan Times' in English Language as provided under Order V, Rule 20 of Civil Procedure Code in first appeal."
