Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 8 to 10, 12 and 14 seeks time to file his Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent No. 8 and to file reply.

2.

The request for adjournment is vehemently opposed by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner as according to him, the private respondents are attempting to interfere with the affairs of the trust. Perusal of the order dated 24th January 2024, which is impugned in the present Petition, would indicate that by the said order the parties were directed to amicably participate in the religious function which was to take place during the period 25th January 2024 Shubham Talle 1 of

16-IA-11612-2024.doc to 29th January 2024. Considering that the religious function has already taken place, time can be given to the Respondent for filing their reply.

3.

Let the affidavit-in-reply be filed within a period of 2 weeks from today. Rejoinder, if any, be filed 1 weeks thereafter. 4.

List the matter on 7th January 2025.
