This is an Interim Application filed in WP/8895/2024. Considering the reason for which the Application is filed, we are treating it as an Application for seeking leave to amend the prayer clause (a) in the disposed off Writ Petition and then for seeking a correction in our the order dated 18/07/2024, passed in the Writ Petition, wherein we have re-produced the defective prayer clause (a) put forth by the Petitioners. 2.

In view of the above, leave granted to the Petitioners to correct prayer clause (a) in the memo of the Writ Petition within 15 days from akn (1)

919.IA.11624.2024 today. After the said correction is carried out, the order dated 18/07/2024, shall be corrected by replacing the prayer re-produced below paragraph 4 with the corrected prayer clause (a), as corrected in the Writ Petition. Thereafter, the corrected order be uploaded.
