By these applications, the applicants (original petitioner in both the petitions) seeks to amend the writ petitions in order to add certain pleadings and also to add further prayers in these writ petitions.

We find that allowing the proposed amendment will not change the nature of the writ petitions, in any manner and therefore, the applications deserve to be allowed. 4.

Accordingly, the applications are allowed. The applicant is permitted to amend the writ petitions, as per the proposed amendment at schedule (A) of the applications. The amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended papers shall be served upon the respondents within one week thereafter. 5.

List the petitions under the caption 'for directions' on 25th March 2026.
