Interim Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 117 days caused in preferring the First Appeal. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant would submit that due to the inability of the concerned advocate, the certified copies could not be applied for within time and therefore there is delay.

Application is opposed by learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 contending that there is no sufficient explanation for the delay of 117 days. 3.
