Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 10th April, 2024 rejecting the Petition for non removal of the office objections and for condonation of delay of 94 days caused in filing the present Application.

The Petition is at pre- admission stage. By common order of the Registrar (Judicial-I), the office objections were directed to be removed and thereafter by order dated 10th April, 2024 as the office objections were not removed, the registration stood refused. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the delay of 94 days is condoned. Petition is restored to file.

Office objections be removed within a period of two weeks from today.
