The above Interim Application is filed by the Applicant/Appellant seeking condonation of delay of 3 days in filing the above Appeal.

After considering the reasons stated in the Application, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 3 days in preferring above Appeal,"

Now that the delay is condoned, all other office objections shall be removed by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Appellant within a period of 4 weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.

The above Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
