This is an Application for restoration of the above Writ Petition which was dismissed for non removal of office objections under order dated 27 June 2024. A prayer for condonation of delay is also made. 3.

Subject to the Applicant removing all office objections within a period of four weeks, Application is allowed, delay is condoned and Petition is restored to file.
