The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 92 days and for setting aside the Order dated 29th April, 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II), under which the above First Appeal was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. 2.

6.IA.11767.2024.doc delay is condoned and the Order of the Registrar (Judicial-II) dated 29th April, 2024 is set aside and the above First Appeal is restored to file. All Interim Applications filed in the aforesaid Appeal, and which were also dismissed, shall also be restored.

The office objections shall now be removed within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the above First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and no further applications for restoration of the Appeal shall be entertained. 4.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
