This application is filed belatedly by 4 years and 240 days for bringing the legal heirs of sole appellant on record. 2.

There is a delay on account of reasons stated in paragraphs 4 and 5. 3.

The original sole appellant was pursuing the present appeal. When this appeal was listed in June 2024, the Advocate tried to contact the appellant and it is that point of time that the legal heirs of the appellant informed the Advocate about the death, and it is at that point of time that the legal heirs became aware that the deceased has filed the appeal, which is pending. Immediately thereafter, the present appeal was filed in August 2024, therefore, the delay in taking out the present application is condoned.

The application is allowed by bringing the legal heirs of original appellant on record.

Amendments to be carried out within four weeks from today and the amended copy be served on all the parties.
