The Petitioner - Pooja Nikhil Dedhia i.e. mother, who is personally present in the Court, states that the child is very happy to have access with the father - Nikhil Arvind Dedhia, however, the grandmother passes certain remarks by which the child gets disturbed. 2.

Mr. Nikhil Arvind Dedhia i.e. father, who is personally present in

13-WP-7408-2024.doc Court, denies the said contention. He states that the grandmother loves the granddaughter and no such incident has taken place. 3.

Mr. Purekar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Writ Petition be allowed to be withdrawn. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

In view of the withdrawal of the Writ Petition, nothing survives in the Interim Application and the same is also disposed of. [MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.]
