Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 17th September 2017 which was a conditional order and as the copies of petitions were not supplied, the petition came to be dismissed.

The present application has been taken out in the year 2024 seeking recall of the order of the year 2017. In the entire application there is no explanation for the delay of about 7 years. 3.

The application for restoration suffers from inordinate unexplained delay of 7 years. I am not inclined to consider the application. Application stands dismissed.
