This Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 14 days in filing the First Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 26 October 2023 passed by the Fifth Labour Court, Mumbai in Application (ECA) No.188/C59/2015. 4.

Having heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and on perusal of the averments made in the application for condonation of delay, in my view, sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay which has been sufficiently explained in paragraphs 5 to 7 of the application. In view of such factual complexion, no prejudice would be caused if such delay of 14 days is condoned. Accordingly, following order is passed:-
