First Appeal No. 725 of 2013 came to be dismissed for non-filing of compilation of documents within the stipulated period time. This was pursuant to a common order dated 24th January, 2019. 3.

He submits that the Applicant is a Senior Citizen living in Pune and due to ill health, has not been able to affirm the application for restoration and that the Advocates have affirmed the same. Consequently, he prays for affirmation by the Applicant personally, to be dispensed with.

Having heard the parties, the First Appeal, along with all attendant applications are hereby restored. Let the Compilation of Documents be filed within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

The First Appeal and Applications connected thereto are stood over for listing on September 25, 2024.
