The applicant undertook to pay the agreed amount to the respondent nos. 2 and 3. On 22nd September 2022, the time to comply with the same came to be extended till 30th November 2022. In view of the fact that various events thereafter have occurred including issuance of a notice of sale of 14th June 2024 and 12th August 2024, we are not inclined to entertain the prayers made in the Interim Application in a disposed of writ petition. Keeping all remedies of the applicant open as well as all the points raised, the Interim Application is disposed of as not entertained.
