Having regard to the facts mentioned in the interim application, the order dated 3rd April 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) is set aside and the petitioner is granted 10 days' and no further time for removal of defects pointed out by the office.

In case the petitioner fails to remove the defects within the time stipulated under this order, the writ petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

The interim application is disposed of.
