Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 7th February 2024 qua the present Petition listed at Serial No.68 of the list of petitions which were disposed as infructuous. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the petition survives for consideration and inadvertently praecipe was not given in advance that the petition has not become infructuous and as such by common order petitions were disposed of as infructuous. 3.
