Already stay is granted to the execution of the Award and Decree. The Appellant Insurance Company could not deposit the amount in time. In fact, this Court has permitted the Claimant to withdraw 30% Satish Sangar 1/2

P-1-IA(ST)-23608-2024-IN-FA-240-2020.doc of the deposited amount as per the order dated 1st April 2024. In view of non-deposit, probably they might not have withdrawn the amount. For some reason or other, amount could not be deposited in time. Copy of cheque is annexed. It is for the amount along with present interest.

In view of that, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (d). Let, the amount be deposited before the Claims Tribunal Ratnagiri within one week from today.
