The relief sought in the Interim Application is that the Second Appeal be heard at the earliest. The Second Appeal is of the year 2006. The Applicant who is the Original Respondent No.3 is a senior citizen of 79 years.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

The Second Appeal be added in the 'Final Hearing' Board of 25th June 2025.
