Heard learned Counsel for the parties. This is an Application for restoration of the First Appeal which was dismissed under the conditional order of Registrar (Judicial - II) in respect of carrying out an amendment. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the amendment was in respect of change of name of the Applicant-Municipal Council. Apparently there is a delay in filing an Application.
