Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the petitioner has addressed communication dated 30th August, 2024 to the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, making an incorrect statement that the petition which stood dismissed has been restored as of 21st August, 2024.

He submits that based on incorrect submissions, the petitioners are requesting the MCGM to refrain from proceeding for approval for redevelopment.
