Interim Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 25 days caused in preferring the First Appeal. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the applicant is Insurance Company there are various approvals and permissions which are required to be obtained before impugned judgment could be challenged in the higher forum and as such delay of 25 days. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 opposes the Application contending that there is no sufficient reason given in the Application for condoning the delay of 25 days. rsk 1 of

Considering that the applicant is Insurance Company, it cannot be disputed that various approvals are required to be obtained before the proceedings could have been initiated for challenging the impugned judgment and award.
