Interim Application has been preferred seeking stay of the impugned judgment and award dated 26th February 2024 passed in Application (ECA) No.405/C-96/2019.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest has been deposited in the Trial Court.

In view of the above, impugned judgment is stayed subject to the order of 50% withdrawal which is passed by this Court in IA No.12203/2024.
