On 02.09.2024, the impugned Judgment was stayed as the Applicant/ Insurance Company has deposited the amount before the Commissioner for Employees Compensation. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1/Claimant states that 50% amount is already withdrawn pursuant to the same order.

In that view of the matter, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads as under: " b) That pending hearing and final disposal of the present First Appeal, the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 26.02.2024 passed by the Ld. Commissioner for Employee's Compensation and Judge Third Labour Court at Mumbai in Application (ECA) No. 405/C96/2019 and disbursal of amount there under, be kindly stayed." Sneha Chavan 1/2
