Interim Application has been preferred seeking restoration of Petition which was disposed of as infructuous by order of 7th February, 2024. Vide order dated 7th February, 2024, this Court had notified the list of matters which were received from the Office of the Government Pleader as infructuous and as per the office notice, the matters which were not infructuous were to be brought to the notice of the Court by filing a praecipe.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, seeks that inadvertently, the praecipe was not filed and therefore by the sa_mandawgad 1 of

42ia12208-24 common order, the Petition came to be disposed of as infructuous. He would further point out that the order of 7th February, 2024 grants liberty to revive the Petition in case the Petition survives for consideration.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.7 does not seriously oppose the application.
