Interim Application has been preferred by the original applicant seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.23,37,981/- which was deposited by the appellant pursuant to the impugned judgment and award.

As impugned judgment and award is challenged before this Court, it would be appropriate to permit the applicant to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited before the Commissioner for Employees Compensation, 1st Labour Court.
