This is an Application for restoration of the above Writ Petition which was dismissed for non removal of office objections under order dated 5 February 2024. A prayer for condonation of delay is also made. 3.

Subject to the Applicant removing all office objections within a period of four weeks, Application is allowed, delay is condoned and Petition is restored to file. It is clarified that if the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the order dismissing the Petition will stand revived.
