By this Application, the Applicant is praying for to bring legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1-Madhukar Dattatraya Mule on record.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that, Respondent No.1 was original Claimant. He died during pendency of this Appeal. Hence, his legal heirs be taken on record.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) and (b). 5.

The Applicant to carry out amendment within two weeks.

The Application is disposed of.
