In view of disposal of Interim Application No.15894 of 2023, present Interim Application is taken up for hearing. 2.

Heard Mr. Pote, learned Advocate for Applicants and Mr. Mankapure, learned Advocate for Respondents. Perused the pleadings. 3.

Mr. Pote would inform the Court that Application has been filed for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent Nos.2(B) and 2(F), who expired in the interregnum. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Interim Application stands allowed. Abatement, if any, stands set aside. Delay, if any in filing the said Application for seeking to set aside the abatement, also stands condoned. Necessary amendment to bring on

3.IA.12299.2024.doc record the legal heirs of deceased Respondents is permitted to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with.

Registry shall permit the Applicant to carry out the amendment as granted. Revision Applicant is directed to serve afresh a copy of the amended cause title in Civil Revision Application to the Advocate for Respondents.

With the above directions, Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
