The Application is filed for condonation of delay of 139 days in filing the Revision Application.

It is contended that the certified copy of the decree of the Appellate Court dated 10 November 2023 was available by 15 December 2023. Appellant preferred Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.7927 of 2024 after delay of 8 days. However when the Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.7927 of 2024 came up for hearing, the Applicant withdrew the same with liberty to file a fresh Revision Application. Considering the order that I propose to pass in the main Revision Application as well as the reasons pleaded in the Application, the delay in filing the Revision Application deserves to be condoned.
