The applicant has filed this application with a prayer to

KVM 2/2 73 - IA 12363 OF 2024.doc modify the order dated 8th August 2024. Thereby, the petitioner was directed to deposit 50% of the amount indicated in Recovery Certificate as condition precedent for entertaining the writ petition. It was clarified that if the petitioner succeeds in the writ petition, the amount deposited could be refunded. 3.

Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant and having perused the application, we do not find any reason to modify the said order.
