This is an application for setting aside the abatement and 1/2

Urmila Ingale 15-ia-12392-24.doc bringing legal heirs of petitioners no. 6 and 14 on record. There is delay of 2559 days and 1580 days in filing the application for bringing legal heirs on record.

The application is vehemently opposed by learned AGP. However, for the reasons mentioned in the application, we are inclined to condone the delay and allow the legal representatives of the petitioners no. 6 and 14 to be brought on record.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) & (c). Consequential amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The interim application is disposed of.
