Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application to bring the legal representatives of respondent No.1, who has since passed away.

Ms. Karanjkar submits that she has instructions to appear on behalf of the proposed legal representatives of respondent No.1.

Ms. Karanjkar submits that the proposed legal representatives of respondent No.1 have no objection to implead them as a party respondent to this petition in the capacity of the legal representatives of respondent No.1. 1/2

In view of the aforesaid submissions and for the reasons assigned in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

Necessary amendment to implead the legal representatives of respondent No.1 be carried out within a period of two weeks. 7.

Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent Nos.1.1 and 1.2.

Ms. Karanjkar waives notice for respondent Nos.1.1 and 1.2.

Interim application stands disposed.

10.

The writ petition be listed for admission on 11th February, 2025.
