All the Respondents who are personally present in the Court, state that the Respondents have no objection if the Interim Application No.12460 of 2024 is allowed, as the Appellant - Bhiku Sakharam Kolte

46-SA-548-2024.doc i.e. Respondent No.3 in Second Appeal No.487 of 2014 has given no objection for disposal of the said Second Appeal in terms of the Consent Terms by reserving his rights which are specifically recorded in the Consent Terms.

Accordingly, by consent of parties, the Interim Application No.12460 of 2024 seeking condonation of delay in filing the Second Appeal, is allowed.
