The above Interim Application is filed seeking to set aside the Order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) dated 14th June, 2024. Under the aforesaid Order, the above Writ Petition filed by the Applicant/Petitioner was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. Having heard the Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Petitioner as well as the Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent, we hereby condone the delay as we find that there is sufficient cause made out for the same. 3.

Now that the delay is condoned, the Petitioner shall remove all office objections within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the above Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
